We all look for online reviews when buying a product or a service.
If you're about to invest in a franchise license, you can't really find anything like this online about a brand and how they support their franchisees.
The solution?
Speak to the franchisees, speak to the support staff and get to know the people who will become an important part of your business.
Someone who has interviewed a lot of franchisees is Mark Harman, Founder of Red Book Productions, who has filmed and produced work for a wide variety of businesses including those that are part of the franchised community. In this episode we talk about this in more detail as well as:
- What work is like at the beginning of your career
- Creating content for franchisors
- Interviewing franchisees
- What are the common personality traits of franchisees
- Discovery Days
- The power of giving advice
- How to use long form content
- Content strategies for franchisees
